Smart and easy control

Each headphone has a multifunctional touch button that you can activate with a gentle press. You can answer/reject a call, play/stop or change the song. You'll be free to move around without having to stand next to the device to control it.

Up to 4 hours battery life

The headphones can work continuously for up to 5 hours. After this time, they will need recharging. Using the charging case, the headphones can be used for up to 20h. The charging box is equipped with a USB Type C output which will allow you to use the charging box as an external battery for your phone.

Bluetooth 5.0. High performance for faster and more stable connections

The Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic 2 are equipped with the latest Bluetooth 5.0 chip, with a more stable connection and data transmission speed twice as fast as the previous generation. Bluetooth 5.0 embedded in the Qualcomm QCC3040 processor improves connectivity and audio playback quality.

7.2 mm dynamic speaker

Now you can enjoy high-quality sound using headphones with a 7.2 mm dynamic speaker. It has mid and low frequencies, after repeated tuning by acoustic experts. The headphones are enriched with DSP noise-cancelling technology, which filters out ambient noise and delivers clearer sound quality.

One button to activate multiple functions

Control music and calls with one button. You can activate the voice assistant by double-pressing each earpiece and navigate at any time:

• press once to play/pause music during playback
• press once to answer/end a call
• press and hold for about one second to reject an incoming call
• press twice to activate the voice assistant.

Up to 12 hours battery life

The headphones can be used continuously for approximately 4 hours after a full charge and for approximately 12 hours together with the charging case.

Connect to new device

1. Place the headphones in the charging case, close the case cover for a few seconds, then open the case cover
2. Wait for the headphones to synchronise with each other for about 10 seconds. It is important to wait, as there may be two separate bluetooth devices for each headset. In this case, after 10 seconds, the bluetooth of both headsets will appear separately
3. Activate bluetooth on the desired device and connect with the headphones. If a password is required, use the password "0000"
4. After use, place the headphones in the charging case. To reconnect, follow step 1 again.

Resetting the headphones

If one of the headphones cannot be heard, both headphones are not connected. Place the headphones in the charging case with the lid open and long press the case button for 10 seconds.

Quick switch from single-ear to double-ear

The Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic 2 optimises how left and right earphones are connected. With no restrictions for primary and secondary devices, you can switch between single-ear and double-ear seamlessly. Put one headphone on for mono sound, then switch to the other to automatically resume stereo sound without the need to pair to your device.

Return policy

According to article 16, letter (e) of the O.U.G. 34/2014 on distance contracts, the supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed by the consumer are exempt from the right of withdrawal. In-ear headphones, by their nature, are inserted into the ear canal and therefore cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. They may become contaminated at the time of sampling and may affect the health of a future purchaser.
